Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
wivon (wivon.ai) is operated by Tal Maor, an exempt dealer (osek patur), under the trade name wivon ("wivon", "we", "us"). These terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy govern your account, your use of the service, and any credit you buy.
1. The service
wivon is an AI-assisted concept-design tool for architects. From a project brief it develops a concept, a project DNA, and a set of concept documents (narratives, renders, plans, and diagrams) which you can refine and export. Output is AI-generated concept material. It is not engineering, construction, structural, or code-compliance advice, it is not drawn to scale for construction, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment.
wivon is offered for professional and business use. By creating an account or buying credit, you confirm that you are acting for your trade, business, or profession.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use wivon. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Credit and payment
wivon is prepaid and has no subscription or automatic renewal. You buy credit in US dollars; one credit equals one US cent of AI-provider cost. How many credits a top-up buys depends on its size and is shown before you pay ($20 buys 1,500, $100 buys 8,000 and $200 buys 17,000). Credit is sold through Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), our reseller and merchant of record: it takes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, shows the total before you pay, and sends your receipt. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Top-up prices are before that tax.
Each generation deducts credits equal to the underlying AI-provider cost of that generation, in US cents, with nothing added. The amount varies with the models, input, and output used, so it is not known before the generation runs. The credits a top-up buys are fixed when you pay; a later change to the top-up prices never changes credit already bought. The method is explained on the Pricing page, and your balance is shown in your account.
Paid credit does not expire while the service remains available, has no cash value outside wivon, and is not transferable. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you.
4. Free credit
While the offer lasts, a new account receives 300 free credits. The offer is limited to the first 90 accounts and is meant once per person. Free credit has no cash value, is not refundable or transferable, and may be withdrawn if it was obtained by abuse, such as opening several accounts.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use wivon to violate any law, infringe others' rights, generate content that breaches our AI providers' usage policies, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without our written permission. Do not submit personal, confidential, or proprietary material unless you have the right to use it and allow it to be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your content and output
You retain rights to the briefs, messages, and files you submit. Subject to these terms, we assign to you our rights, if any, in the output generated for your projects, and you may use that output commercially, including in work for your clients. AI output may be similar to output generated for others and may contain inaccuracies. Review it before relying on it, and independently check whether it infringes third-party rights. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will refund unused paid credit through Lemon Squeezy, or through PayPal for credit bought there, unless we are legally entitled to withhold it.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for wivon credit in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from the account menu. Deleting your account permanently removes your projects and forfeits any remaining credit, so request any refund you are entitled to first. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a curable breach.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or venue rights that apply to you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively. We will post the revised date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Where law requires your consent, the change will not apply to you until that consent is obtained. Changes do not reduce rights that already arose from an earlier purchase.
