Refund Policy

wivon uses prepaid credit that is drawn down as you generate content. Credit is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. We decide refunds under this policy, and an approved refund is returned through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, together with the tax you paid on the refunded amount. Top-ups bought through PayPal are refunded through PayPal. This policy adds to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights.
A top-up you have not used
Within 14 days of a top-up, if you have not used any of the credit it bought, you can cancel it and get back what you paid, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is less. For example, cancelling an unused $200 top-up refunds $190. The credit it bought is removed from your wivon balance.
Other unused credit
If you have used part of a top-up, or 14 days have passed, you can still request a refund of credit you have not used. It is refunded at one US cent per credit, which is what a credit buys of AI-provider cost; the margin taken when you topped up is not refunded. For example, 8,000 unused credits refund $80. The refunded credit is removed from your wivon balance.
Used credit
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, credit already consumed by a completed generation is not refundable, because the service and the underlying compute are supplied immediately. If a technical fault on our side consumes credit without delivering the requested output, contact us and we will restore the affected credit.
Free credit
Free credit given to new accounts is not refundable and has no cash value.
How to request a refund
Request a refund from your account: we attach your recent payments, so you only say which one and why. Or email refunds@wivon.ai from your account email with the purchase date and amount, and the order number from your receipt if you have it. Do not send payment details by email. We answer within 5 business days and issue approved refunds through Lemon Squeezy (or PayPal, for a PayPal top-up); their timing and your bank's then apply to when the money reaches you.
Payment disputes and account deletion
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the matching credit is removed from your balance. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credit, so request a refund before you delete it.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. In particular, where Israeli distance-selling rules apply, cancellation rights, permitted usage charges, cancellation fees, methods of notice, and refund timing are governed by those mandatory rules. Where this policy gives you greater protection, the greater protection applies.
